All course content is self guided, meaning it is available for you to move through at your own pace and desire. 

Some courses have a kick off session, if you are able to catch that live fantastic! If not it is recorded and available in your course platform for you to enjoy at your leisure.

So ultimately, there is no way to get behind. You have course access 24/7!  

Course content is delivered in a variety of ways, and may vary per course. Typically it will be a mix of video and photos. Some courses have a live session in the beginning done through Zoom. 

Some courses have digital downloads available to assist you in the course. 

You have course access for as long as Kim Pepper owns Salvaged Living and associated sites/social media/etc. 

All content is available to you wherever you can log into your account and have internet access. 

Depending on the quality of your internet access, you should have no problem watching course content across devices. 

One benefit of participating in a course early or upon launch is the ability to ask questions during the Zoom kickoff! 

After that your instructor will be available to answer course specific questions in our community Facebook group for 30 days past the launch date.  

After that, we will try to answer questions as they arise, but courses will be considered self study at that point.

We are happy to give a refund if you request it BEFORE the course content is live. At that point you will be given a store credit to put toward another course. 

Once the course goes live, we do not give refunds. This is common practice with digital courses and we stand by this practice.
