Salvaged Living wants you to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience! Things don't always work out and we understand. Please read our return policy completely before purchasing so you know what to expect, and especially before returning an item to the shop.

Reoccurring Charges

Please note, our paper & a prayer community is a reoccurring fee. You must cancel yourself through your account by logging in and going to your settings. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged.

Shipping Details:

We currently only ship within the USA using USPS.

Your physical product order will ship from our warehouse within 7 days after your order is placed UNLESS otherwise noted in the product description. . It will clearly state in the product description if this is the case. We also hold pre-order sales from time to time where the product may not ship for up to two weeks. Again this will clearly be noted in the product description. All digital products are available for immediate download. A download link is sent in your order receipt. 

Please double-check your address when you are checking out. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect information.

You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment once it is out to ship. 

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Home Decor and Lifestyle Goods:

• All sales are final on Home Decor items
• All sales are final on Lifestyle items
• All sales are final on Mystery items
• We carry small quantity offerings, some vintage and some thrifted. Therefore we are unable to accept returns. 
• Please note due to the fact that some items are vintage/antique or thrifted they may have minor defects and natural wear and tear. This will be noted in the product description.

Coupons made available on a certain date will NOT be honored for a previous purchase on a previous date.  

Return Policy for Physical Items:

The following return policy is in place for when things don't work out as you'd hoped on PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (see below for DIGITAL DOWNLOADS)!

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
• All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your order.
• Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 10% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and un-used.
• Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
• Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
• We do not take exchanges. We cannot guarantee we will have an item you need when you want to exchange it. If you do want to exchange, you can send your item back and get a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website. Things move fast and we can't promise to still have what you are wanting in stock. 
• Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

For DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: 

• Please know we want nothing more than all the products here to be useful! So please use care and consideration when making a purchase. We do in making the products for you! 
• We do not accept returns on digital downloads. Once you purchase they are yours for personal use only. Once digital files go out, we can't get them back! 
• We do not accept returns for downloading difficulties on your end. Instructions are given, but there are too many different devices/printers equipment and we are not experts in technical support. 
• We will not tolerate misuse or disputes unless a legitimate problem occurs. We are a super small business and our name is everything. We will do all we can to make things right, but if you are abusing our freebies or policies, you will be banned from the shop for life. We spend time on all the good peeps here! 
• Make sure you see the licensing policy on digital downloads, please.

Return policy for courses, coaching, community and group memberships:

• You can cancel at any time. You will have access to the membership and it's content for the remainder of your paid period. 
• Monthly paid memberships must be canceled by the customer in the app or payment service provider. We can not cancel for you. 
• There is no pro-rated monthly fee reimbursement. You will have access to the content for the remainder of the month until your renewal cancels.
• There is no pro-rated yearly membership fee reimbursement. You will have access to the content for the remainder of the year until your renewal is canceled. 
• You will not have access to the membership content once your membership is canceled. Just like Netflix, Amazon or any other monthly/yearly paid service, you get the benefits while an active member, and those benefits are gone once payment stops. 
• There is no refunds on classes, workshops or courses, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we will discuss an exchange for you.

Terms of Service

1. All digital sales are final, see return policy (above) for physical products. All materials contained in this shop, Salvaged Living LLC are protected under copyright and trademark law. 

2. Usage License - for digital products you are granted the right to download and print one copy of downloadable material. The following also applies:

• you may not sell this product
• you may not manipulate this product to sell
• you may not distribute this material for free
• If you want to share materials with others, please share the link to purchase, not the actual material. 
• you may not alter any form of this material and recreate it for commercial or duplicate use.  
• you may not transfer rights to another person.
• You agree Salvaged Living LLC contains proprietary content that is owned by the company and/or its licencors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law

3. Errors - the products in this shop could contain errors of grammatical , typography, technical or other errors. While we make every effort not to, we are human. Materials are bought as is. We will make every effort to correct errors if and when possible, but this is not guaranteed. 

4. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. If an error occurs in payment processing and your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, we reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company's sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

5. Technical Support - We offer no technical support besides the basic download instructions given. There are just too many variables and types of equipment, plus we are not technical gurus! Google has lots of answers so you may try there.

7. Discount Codes/Freebies - Discounts and freebies make us so happy. Please note you may only use one code per transaction. If you forget to add a discount code to your transaction we consider that user error and can not refund you. If you miss the discount code or freebie window, we are so sorry. If you really love it you will need to purchase and stay on the lookout for the next discount code. There will be more!
